Begginer needing some help with action and setup

Hello everyone ! . I'm a begginer and i really need some help with adjusting my guitar . Currently in my city there's only one music store and they don't even setup electric guitar . So i'm pretty much on myself.
I have an Ibanez RG350MZ bought new some time ago .
Until recently i didnt really play a lot and didn't care so much for the setup but now i discovered i have a pretty big action and i dont know how to set it up properly .
The Trem is as down as i can get it . The Screws wont budge more down and the action is still pretty big.
I tried to adjust the truss rod but i dont really have a bow on my neck . The action is nice and low until the 12th freth when it becomes huge and stays that way .

Can someone help ? Thanks a lot

I've put some pics so you can see

That guitar is crying out for a neck shim but you may need quite a thick one, first though you need to set the neck relief, get a capo from the music shop and put it behind the first fret, now fret the low E at the 20th fret and measure the gap at the 7th, a 0.012" feeler should just slide under, if you don't have a feeler gauge then a thin business card will work.

That is Edge Zero II tremolo, so it should have stud locks. Have you opened them before adjusting the action? Also, the tremolo doesn't seem to be in quite the right angle, so increase the spring tension a bit.

This is how I set up all my guitars & it works great for me. First is nut height check. Press down low E at 3rd fret. Just like you would play. Check the string height between nut & there. About the height of a standard business card is good. Next is the middle frets. Fret a note right where the neck meets the body. Check the height with a business card again at sixth fret. If too high tighten truss rod 1/4 to 1/2 turn at a time. Let it settle for an hour or two. Check the height again. If correct move on to bridge adjustments (angle, action, intonation). By setting up in this order I've been able to achieve nice low action.

Re: Begginer needing some help with action and setup

Honestly, start first by tightening the screws in the back that connect the Trem to the claw. The trem should be sitting pretty straight, not angled up like it is. That should help a lot, but when you do that it will also tighten the strings so you have to loosen them as you go. when you adjust this you need to try to keep the strings tuned as much as possible. It's kind of a balancing act you want the right amount of tension from the strings, but at the same time you need to get that Trem leveled out. But I recommend you watch this video.

Before you go too far:
1) Get the trem base plate fully parallel with the guitar body.
2) Then only if still needed adjust the height from the trem lock screws.

I think its doubtful you will need to do anymore. The trem probably just got out of adjustment.

looking at the pictures you probably need a truss rod adjustment. That is really the only reason why your action would be that high on the higher frets. If you take the guitar and look down the neck from the nut down the edge of the neck to the body it should be fairly straight. in your case i assume it isn't.

That was my initial assessment as soon as I saw that huge gap in the middle of the fret board. Saddle adjustment isn't going to rectify that. Actually it'll make it worse. If you bring the string height down with the saddles to correct that, it's going to be buzzing at the upper frets. That's why I always set up starting with the nut.
