D-tuna that keeps the Floyd in tune?

A few months ago, someone posted a D-tuna like Floyd modification that is supposed to switch from standard to drop D and keep the rest of the strings in tune somehow. Anyone remember what that was?

Thanks

I've known guys who screw the fine-tuner on their low E all the way in, then loosen it for the drop D, without affecting the other strings too too badly. You could try that, or the tremol-no.
