Edge-Zero II tremolo problem

Hi!
I been trying to get my tremolo parallel to the guitar body, but it seems impossible.
I have pulled the sprind adjustment knob as far as possible.

What else can I do?

Re: Edge-Zero II tremolo problem

Hi, I use standard tuning and standard 009 strings.
When I release the string tension the tremolo goes down and is paralell to the body, but when I tune the guitar the tremolo goes up (see picture).
Many thansk for advice. :-)

It's very strange that with 009 in E you have a problem with that.
I was waiting for someone who had a similar problem to step in.
I didn't have that tremolo on my guitars.
The only advice is to try to remove the ZPS to see how the tremolo reacts or even better to put new tremolo springs.
