It surprisingly does make a difference. I've reviewed both the Floyd Upgrades one, and the Killer Guitar Components one on my blog and here in the review section.
The Killer one is more expensive, but with good reason. It's a milled claw, as opposed to a press bent one. Much more solid and made to last, plus it has a lug for attaching the ground wire to. Soldering brass is an absolute pain, so this makes things much easier.
Both are great for tone, the brass claw helps return some high end to your tone that can sometimes disappear a little when the brass block is installed.
