Fret question

Does anybody know which Jim dunlop's fret which is the same or nearly the same as the w6105 fret? I don't mind getting em from the net but my dad is always nagging ... more stuff eh..... Just lazy to listen to him nagging

have you tried your local store? last time i checked, bentley KL sells fender jumbo/medium-jumbo for RM2 a fret (already cut). I dont think it could accomodate Ibanez's fretboard radius though.....

There is no good Dunlop equivalent to W6105. I don't know if it helps, but Stew Mac has a wire that's pretty close. They call it #0152. I have a pound of it on order, and it's one of my favorites for Jems with W6105. I also like #0141 for Jems. It's only slightly shorter than W6105. (still within tolerance) I remove such a microscopic layer when levelling refrets that it ends up still the same or taller than W6105 with an Ibanez factory fret level.

Darn! I think I'll have to get it overseas again, be ready frank cos I'll order 4 to 5 sets of this w6105 fret
