give me a solution plz

hey ppl .plz help me out there
I hav a washburn N2(nuno bettencourt model) guitar ,a floyd-rose one.
I hav problems with my Toplock.for the 1st,2nd,3rd & 4th strings the
locks are perfectly alright.but for 5th & 6th strings ,i cannot tighten the screw of the lock,it moves and moves .But surprisingly when there are
no strings over the nut,the screw is perfectly tighten,I hav tried with other
locks and screws, same result.even i tried by removing the nut and all the screws are alright, just when there's strings over the nut (5th & 6th) the problem persist. If i place the lock upside down, only then the screw can be tighten along with strings.plz help me with this problem (weird indeed)

there's another problem, the 1st string of the guitar doesn't ring properly
(there;s no Buzz ..but it seems that the tone is stucked up...sustain is less) when played OPEN .its ok in other frets.other strings are just fine .

sorry for my long post ...plz give me some solution.
thank u

It's stripped, you need a new nut. And the high side is too low, needs a shim.
