Ibanez Destroyer help!

Hey folks. So i recently bought back an Ibanez DT420 (2002) that I had sold a few years back. I literally never had to touch the truss rod on it, and now that its been sitting unplayed for a few years it definitely needs a tweak. I've never seen a truss rod like this...I'm used to the ones that just work with an allen key. I'm assuming it needs a socket wrench or something. Can anyone with experience chime in? I included a picture below. I don't really have a wrench that fits it but I guess I can buy one at a hardware store somewhere.

Thanks!

Should be 7mm, could be 8. You can use thin wall 1/4" drive socket if you have to, or buy a correct wrench. The rout is nice and clean so be careful using a socket.

Ya know Rich, I was JUST going to email you tonight about this because I remember you answered a question for me years ago here on the forum, and here you are (and at this late hour). Thank you!

no idea what the quality is like, but the famous auction site sells truss rod socket tooly things (they look like a thin smoking pipe!!) for not a lot of money! I presume its pretty much one size fits all (or none!)
