Intonation problems on my 7vwh.

Hey all, I am sure that this question has been asked before, but I just need a little guidance here. I have looked through the and tuning sections but I can't seem to find a tutorial that addresses the exact problem that I am having. I'd appreciate it if someone could just point me to the right tutorial to use to fix this problem.

First let me say that this is the first time i'm gonna be seriously noodling around with my guitar so this may be a really common problem that I just don't know about. On my 7VWH the action is nice and the trem is parallel to the body. The problem is that when the EADG strings are in tune, the B and e strings are out of tune. If I make the B and e strings in tune then the EADG strings go out of tune again. The e strings is slightly flat but it drives me NUTS!

Another "problem" is with the fine tuners. While the fine tuners for the EADGB strings are screwed in about half way when the guitar is in tune, the e strings fine tuner is screwed in as far as it can go... and the string is still flat. I don't understand how to fix this problem. The guitar is a beauty to play but the intonation problems just really piss me off.

Please keep in mind that i'm new to floyd rose guitars so take it easy on me! :P Thanks for any help!

Start with the basics. Unlock the nut, stretch the strings fully, wind all the fine tuners out so they have plenty of travel, fully tune, lockdown, fine tune.

First 3 sections
