JEM7VWH action high need help

i have ibanez jem7vwh 2008 model..ive adjusted the neck and bridge but the action is still too high....ive heard about neck shim and nut shim all that but i dont know what that is..can anyone help me with that?any diagram or picture to show on neck shim or nut shim?
what i have to do? ive include pictures of the guitar below

Yes it looks like you need a shim on the body side of the neck pocket. About the thickness of a business card folded once to start with and about 1/2" wide right at the end of the neck. This will change the angle of the neck and allow you to raise the trem up a little and get the action lower at the heel end of the neck...

Ive done it.. I put the folded in two card in between the 4 screws of the neck joint... Slightly better action after that...thank you

Did you put it in the middle of the screws? It should have gone on the end near the neck pickup side. That will change the angle and allow for better action. If you put it in the middle it won't have the desire effect..

You don't have to put the whole card in there, that's just an example of the thickness to start out with. Cut it to make it fit about the size of the rectangle in that pic. If a screw goes through it it's fine. You need the heel end to be raised up a little higher to change the angle of the neck

Good... You can add a little more thickness if you need to to get the action lower. Glad its playing a little better for you

definitely better...even with my bridge set within the line of edge pro the action is just nice for shredding and bending 2,3 notes higher without choke....i still have more allowance to lower the bridge below the line indicator....thanks for the help
