LNG Jem Paint.....

Can anyone help me find a link to a paint company that does a Fluro Green paint I can use to paint an RG. Similar to the LNG Jem, doesnt have to be perfectly matched... but as fluro green as you can get would be good (Like the S1XXV that came out last year)

Cheers....

I don't know if you have ever seen a LNG in person but they are not fluorescent.
The Green Universe is not either but the S1XXV is.
People always make a big deal about the color being hard to match.
I found the Universe green no problem.
The LNG green can be matched.
I went to my local Sherwin Williams and they said they could even scan my guitar if I brought it in.

As with ANY automotive paint store. I personally like SW and REALLY like the SW Planet Color stuff.

-They also have all the paint codes for all OEM vehicles so if there was a car that had paint you liked the color on, they can give you an exact match.

Good luck.

Here is an S series with the HOK Fluorescent Green over a white base coat. The fluorescents are very transparent. Build up your layers patiently and evenly. If you don't - you will get areas that are darker than others from layering.

This is after some clear and waiting to dry. I have extra bright lights in my shop too...

I've never seen a LNG in person, but does it differ much from Kawasaki green?

Re: LNG Jem Paint.....

Never seen the Kawasaki up close, just on bikes passing by. I do think it's different. Fluorescents are very sensitive to UV - so some of these past LNG out there, if they have seen a lot of exposure to the sun, and not kept in cases, more look just green.

To go off what someone said above, the 6 string LNG's that I have seen in person ARE fluorescent. The 7 string Universe was NOT fluorescent, but I also don't think it was ever advertised as a LNG Universe - was it?
