Modding an ENGL Screamer 50 Combo.. Any amp Techs Read this.

Im wanting to turn my ENGL Screamer 50 combo amp, from Fixed Bias into an Adjustable Bias amp, by removing the Bias Resistor and replacing it with a Variable one.

I just dont know where the component is, or what component it is exactly I replace it with etc...

any help would be greatly welcome!!, thanks.
