Exclamation Is it my gig bag, the weather, or the trussrod?

last thursday night, i change my strings coz the next day i have to releave my friend who is working on the hotel for 4 - 5 days, and i did my low string set up, after i streched my strings and locked up i did the low string setup as low as it can be, no buzz, no dead spots ar any problem at all and it was like i already done the best setup that i know ( for me...)

after that i put it back on my hard case.......

the next day, instead of the hard case i use my guitar gig bag.
on that night, i didnt feel how the smoothness of the string of my last night setup and i just realized the strings on my 12fret got high a lil bit
up on the stage , i adjust my trussrod a lil bit tight and it was ok....again ...

coz its getting colder
just everytime i use my bag i always make changes
or just the trussrod loose if it is how can i prevebt tgis from loosing?

anybody can help?
i do appreciate the comments and tips for my problem...

If you keep noticing it every time you put in you're gig bag, just use your hard case. If that doesn't do anything, it's because of the weather.
