My RG550 needs a refret/crown

Or at least I'm 90% sure it does.

I bought this baby in 2006. It's a 1993. When I got it, it had some wear but it still played really well. Now it's starting to fret out in places. I can tell the frets are worn just from the visual signs. They look a little flat on top and there is discoloration of the parts where the strings hit. I'm no tech but I think this means they're worn out.

I live in North Georgia. Who do you recommend?

i dont know about a re-fret. Sounds like your guitar needs a crown/level. A re-fret after only 3 years? not quite sure if thats necessary, but then again I would need to see the wear. I had a 90's model 550 with really bad wear, turns out all it needed was a recrown to smooth all the flat spots on the fret. Cost me $100 bucks for the whole fretboard.

I need to clarify something though. The guitar has never had a refret or a crown as far as I know. So it's like 16 years going.

It may just need a crown. I don't know.
