newbie RGA fixed bridge set up question

Ok, I just got an rga 321 prestige fixed bridge. Need some advice please. I am used to playing and doing acoustic set ups/action adjustments but not experienced with electrics. I put 11-49 strings on it. question#1: About how much relief should I shoot for as a starting point? Right now when I put a straight edge on the neck I can slide a business card under the strings up till about the 14th fret which seems like a bit much relief to me? Secondly, once I get the neck relif right, what kind of string height should I be aiming at on the 12th fret..via..bridge height adustment? I know a lot of this is preference but I am looking for a good starting point. I am wanting fairly low string action but not super, super low. I dont mind a bit of height. Thanks for any help yall could give an electric rookie....

I don't know how thick a business card is, but I usually shoot for around .4-.5mm relief @ the 9th fret and action set between 1.3-1.5mm @ the 12th.

you may also want to look into neck/nut shims if you want to get really low.
