this looks pretty much like a TRS, but it's almost the same, check it out.

these are the FR parts.

i'm gonna strip the paint off of an old OFR i have and re paint it but i noticed that the saddles are different heights. what order should they be setup in because like a fool i didn't note how they were lying on the OFR before i removed them.

no fear.
if you take a look to the underside of the saddles you will find kind of notches:

1 notch for Low-E and high-E saddles (1st & 6th)
2 notches for A and B saddles (2nd & 5th)
3 notches for D and G saddles (3rd & 4th)

unless it's an old version which may need shims.

some of them do have the slashes in them but if i do need to use shims, could i use something like a soda can and cut out a shim? so they should look like, when looking down the neck towards the saddles, the Es should be the highest the B and A a lil lower than the Es, and then the G and D should be the lower than the B and A?

ehrr... quite the contrary!

E & E > lowest
A & B > mid height
D & G > highest

in other words, the saddles' arc has to follow the fingerboard radius: lower at the ends, higher toward the center.

Why are you painting and what are you painting it with? paint looks like ppooo on floyds as it wears off really easy.
