Paint Touch up

I need to fill some areas on my pink JEM and pain them.
It is beat so this repair can show. I'm thinking of using a paint marker or fingernail polish to touch up after I fill. Does fingernail polish dry to the same color it looks in the bottle? My third choice is to take the body to Home Depot and get the pink color matched for touch up. Any ideas guys? Also, the headstock Ibanez logo is gone, it wiped off when I was trying to clean adhesive off from some sticks the last owner put all over the guitar.
