RE: Intonation Issues

I have a US Wolfgang Special and I am setting it up according to Peavey specs.

The string tree is set low enough to keep the strings slightly lower than the lock nut and I had to add some relief to the neck. I also lowered the tremolo so it sat on the body as spec'd by Peavey.

The action and feel is very nice, but the intonation seems to keep walking all over the place. Strings are new as well.

Any advice?
