An RG3120 with a crack in the body...

Hello, i was at my ibanez dealer today, and i saw an RG3120 VV, which sounded and looked gr8, the only problem is that a bass guitar fell from its wall stand on it, which made a small crack in the body of the RG3120, near the strap pin, do u think its safe to buy this guitar? would the crack expand with time? its just a small crack in a circular shape.
