RG652AHM setup issues

Finally got this incredible Prestige Ibanez, but I'm having some setup issues.

Right out of the box this guitar had no fret buzz anywhere, from soft to decently hard strumming. However, the action was a bit too high for my liking and the the neck had quite a bit of relief.

I set the neck relief to .012'' because there was quite a bit more relief than that out of the box, which is more than what Ibanez recommends (.010''), and the action at 6/64ths on the Low E and 5/64ths on the High E, which is also higher than what Ibanez recommends (5/64ths and 4/64ths).

And now, just my luck, the first 3 frets are buzzing on every string, along with every fret up to the 12th on the Low E. It's driving my OCD crazy because this never happened until I tried to "adjust it".

People keep saying that the truss rod needs loosened, but just eyballing the neck, I can see that there's plenty of relief. And I know it's not a nut issue or fret level issue because none of this happened until I tightened the truss rod a bit. And I also have the action quite a bit higher than Ibanez's recommendation.

I'm generally a light picker except for the first few frets where I like to do some nice power chords and I really hate that these frets buzz. Somebody please help me! I'm not a noob, I just cannot seem to get the right setup.

The stupid amount of neck relief the guitar came with, coupled with high action might have masked the issue you're having. It very well might be a fret leveling issue. My RG752FX Prestige has a super high 15th fret, which causes horrendous buzzing when I have the relief around .011" and the action around 2mm (high e), and 3mm (low B). I need to have the fret fixed.
