Straighen neck or lower bridge?

I am kind of new to electric guitar set ups ect although Ive been doing my acoustic for a while. Just got a used ibanez rga321 prestige. The action was a little low for me so while having new pickups put in I had him raise the action a bit. Now I think its just a bit too high and would like to bring it down a bit myself. I am trying to decide whether I should lower the bridge or do a neck adjustment. When I lay a straight edge on the neck I can slide a buiness card under it all the way to the 14th fret which seems like that is too much relief as I set my acoustics up with less relief than that. I did have the set up guy put 11s on it which is bigger than what was on it. Based on the current relief it looks like maybe he just put the 11s on it without doing any neck adjustment perhaps? So I am thinking I should just straighten the neck out slightly THEN if I need to...lower the bridge a bit....so any advice Id much appreciate. Thanks.

Check out the tech section on Ibanez Rules site... He walks you through every step of making both relief and action adjustments, as well as giving spec numbers as a reference/starting point. Really a great reference... I have it bookmarked and refer to it regularly.
