string spacing?

Is string spacing a standard for all tremolo's? (I'm using a Lo-Pro).

On original Floyd Rose site, the pro version is noted to have narrower string spacing. I imagine such small difference (if any, compared to ibanez tremolos) is enough to change the feeling of the guitar.
