do not get larger fuses than spec'd ones! Fuse is there to protect the rest of the circuit. If it blows it's not a fuse to blame but something else. If you increase the current rating of the fuse you will allow more current into parts of the circuit that probably have some sort of short and you can cause damage to parts that are much more expensive than fuse.
You should debug the circuit. The easiest thing is to replace all tubes, in case some of them is causing problems. If not you'll have to dig in and debug the PCB - not something I'd recommend if you didn't do it before.
