a weird crack sound during divebomb

Hi folks, my jem 7v have some problems.

During some divebomb (not always) there's a strange crack sound coming from the capo. I've checked the 2 screws behind the neck and also behind the 3 pad lock and they seems tighten well. How can i solve this problem? Maybe, tighten too much the 2 screws behind the capo can damage the neck, so, how can i know if they are tighten properly?

my jem won't stay in tune, if i press lightly the whammy bar the tune goes flat even when release the bar....if i pull the bar the tune goes sharp even when release the bar. My dirty trick to avoid this is to fluttering the bridge. I've followed the tech setup page but i can't fix this problem. I'm not new on floating bridges. I own also an rg2550 and a 1570 and they stay in tune easy.

please help me

You never need to tighten screws to the point of smashing things, once they got there..........they got there.

There are hundreds videos on youtube teaching how to set up trems properly, if all of them can't help you, anything a member could say here is already there so.........take it to a pro.
If you can buy a Jem you can INVEST 50 dollars on a pro set up.
He could easily tell if knives edges need to be sharpened or any other stuff you can't.

Ciao!
First off, and I know we may be lost in translation--that's not a capo, it's the locking nut. Here's the "Bible" of trem setup:

Where in Italy are you? If you go get 10 posts, you can upload pictures----please do that.
