Well I have always used Lem Oil. This works quite nicely and really conditions the fretboard and adds moisture into it.
I think the stuff I use is Stringfellows Lem Oil.

The way I use it is I just spray the stuff all over the fretboard and leave it overnight. That way it has time to soak in. Then I repeat and repeat if it needs it, until it is nice and shiny and glossy. Remeber to polish it after though, you dont want it still all greasy from the oil and stuff.

But that should work for ya!

The 777DY has a maple board. Lemon oil or bore seal oil should only be used on rosewood or other dark open grained woods.

Some people leave their maple boards unfinised after sanding and cleaning the areas where the laquer has worn off from years of playing. If you want to refinish the board, I'd suggest removing all of the old finish instead of just touching up areas that have been worn through.

Contact Jeremy at the LGM Guitars banner up above, or go to the ProjectGuitar.com website for more info on refinishes.
