Wobbly trem arm

The trem arm on my rg550 with an original Edge is wobbly in the holder. It's not that the holder is loose, I already fully tightened it, and i have enough torque on the bar, but the bar itself wobbles back and forth inside the socket. Any fix for this?

Re: Wobbly trem arm

Tighten the screw on the bottom of the holder.

Re: Wobbly trem arm

oh. i think a popular mod for the edge is getting a shaller are and arm holder, or buy a new edge arm and holder off rich. you know, gotoh should really sell their arm holder as an after market part, it really is so good

Re: Wobbly trem arm

Pull the spring and screw off the end of the holder and it'll fall out [or push out with anything that fits in the hole].
