Worst thing to happen to a string-less guitar ??

What is the worst thing that can happen to a guitar where ALL the strings are removed. And imagine that's not just for some hours....And i am speaking of a guitar equipped with floating tremolo.

Even if the trem is blocked, would the neck take any "damage" ?
