ZR1 Trem Arm Replacement

Hello guys... recently a client of mine purchase a S470 with the first production of ZR trems and the guitar came without the trem arm nor the trem arm holder or drum... I haven't seen the guitar in person but he sent me some pics...
well my question is would a OFR trem will fit to do a mod or should i look for the direct replacement and which other trem arm will fit?

thanks

Re: ZR1 Trem Arm Replacement

I wouldn't recommend a direct replacement, I've gone through 3 of the original bar holders and 2 of the bars. I did a bit of research and found that the schaller floyd works well.

The only thing I really liked about the original was that you could make it ultra tight by putting some plumbers tape in the threads. This one doesn't go quite as tight as I would like it to... But I think if i widen/thicken the washer than I could do it, but I haven't experimented with that yet.
