Dear Ibanez USA shop...
I've ordered a few things from you in the past, and will very likely do so in the future. I've been told several times that "the online parts shop will be updated to include the entire parts inventory in the near future"; even that it would be taking place "in a couple of weeks" (this was quite a while ago).
So, with all due respect and admiration, any idea when this is going to happen? I'm sure I'm not alone when I say that it would be nice to be able to place an order online for anything that I need, rather than making a phone call and waiting on hold (not that I don't love the sounds of your staff's voices, mind you). Thoughts?
