Questions for Ibanez

Will any 2007 models have the Ultra neck profile found on 2004 RGT3120 or RG2020X (might have been RG2120X)? If not, will Ibanez ever that neck again in the future? The specs are 19.5 to 21.5 tapering from the 1st to 12th fret, 43mm nut. Thanks
