They did it again...
I just compared the 2009 Ibanez Prestige products for the U.S. with the German product line, after I realized that we can`t purchase the new 770 reissue down here.
I was stunned: We `re missing out on all the cool models. You can purchase 2 (in words: two) different RGs with maple fretboard in Germany and instead of reissue models or RGs with Dimarzios there is a ton of guitars with the same ibz pups and edge zero (infact it`s the same model with several serial numbers and a bunch of ugly colours)[and I am talking only about the Prestige series].
What is this all about? Why do we need a different product line? That doesn´t make sense to me. Especially as the maple fretboard seven string is a very sought after instrument here too.
