Demoing tracks for new cd

Someone suggested that I video the entire process on recording tracks from the scratch/guide tracks to final finished tune.. so here's the first.. putting down a scratch melody/lead so that the drummer and bassist can do their thing.. I may wind up keeping the harmony overdubs.. but the clean and overdrive rhythm guitars.. along with the melody will be completely re-worked.

I LOVE that guitar, very nice. Nice job on the lead to. I know thats one of my issues, I tend to want to stay in the same place on the fretboard, but you definitely don't have that problem!

THANKS robbiano.. I REALLY appreciate the compliment towards the melody and phrasing.. as for this album the song will be the focus. I hope to vid document as much of the entire recording process as possible from starting tracks to finished album.

Real cool, epic sound. Love it! Got a kind of road movie soundtrack feel to it (to my ears, anyway :-o)

Doesn't sound like anyone else which i like, but does have shades of Joe Perry. And that's a very good thing. Nice big clear tone on the guitar which works great and liked the changes later on - they could have come in a bit earlier for me tho..
