God save the Queen!

They're all awesome singers but.......Freddie's personality and interpretation cannot be replaced and that's why good talent is unique, people can sing it even better but still their voices can't transmit the same feeling Freddie did but still awesome clip to watch!

Re: God save the Queen!

I totally agree with you. The only person who was in my opnion able to perform along with Queen was Jeff Scott Soto but... Freddy was unique, no one can sing the and perform the way he used to.

Re: God save the Queen!

Honestly; I'm not that impressed with any of them.

They are all good singers, but none has a voice that really catches my ear and makes me say, "Wow, I could listen to that all day."

I watched the Billy Joel episode and I cried... not because I was touched, I was moved to tears as to how they all BUTCHERED those great songs.

Re: God save the Queen!

MUWAHAHAHAH!!!!!! That is horribly horrible!!!!

That said, Phillip Phillips is alright. Not this week, but past performances have been good. He actually is a big Vai fan, and his band before 'Idol' was the stuff. Don't ask me how I know.
