Guitarist CD Steve Vai Help

Has anyone got a copy of the Steve Vai recording on the Guitarist Magazine from October 1996. I have the mag but have lost the CD. Can anyone help?

Hi,
On the cover was a JEM BSB with 'Are pointy guitars dead?' I hope that is of some help.
Cheers
