how do u play that trick in "Yankee Rose"?

anyone know how to do the catcall thing that vai does on this song???
its in the dialogue that vai and roth are "having" 9 roth with hisvoice and vai with the guitar) after roth says"shes beautiful!" how do u do that????
ive been trying to figure it out but im just not getting it right. i know it uses some wah but id like to know the fingerings for that "trick". please help

I normally use a Wah and just slide down on first the b-string from the 7th to the 19th fret and then from the 9th to the 18the fret on the g-string....

if you notice, the voice also sounds a bit...electronic. very big and meaty.

One way to better replicate that sounds is depress the whammy bar as your sliding down with your finger. (instead of just sliding down from x fret to the x'th fret with your left hand, push the whammy bar down AS your sliding. Welcome to the world of meaty

And for each part of that 'whistle' (theres 2 slides), the wah starts at the open postion and closes, goes back to open and closes again. One close of the wah for each slide.
