Looks like maple veneer to me, type maple veneer on google and you should be able to find store that sells them.

You should be able to find instructions on how to "use" them from:

Re: How to get this finish???

at a bare minimum you can count on the guitar pictured having some sort of oil finish - probably danish or tung oil. raw wood would damage/discolour too easily.

being an ibanez, and having experienced their propensity for thick finishes, it could also well be cleared with some sort of poly.

The RG3120's in the natural finish are finished with coats of poly. If you want to keep the feel of natural wood I'd use tung oil on the guitar body. Mind you, a top without any lacquer or poly is prone to being dented.

I believe its matte polyyester. One thing about matte finish is that they have light-scattering stuff in there, which makes the finsh looks hazy unlike clear gloss.
