I found a great backing track guitar lesson

Usually I jam with computer with muzak style backing tracks with perfect timing, volume, and a good mix. Sometimes, however, it can get stale even though it's great practice for getting timing right.

But for feel, it's sometimes nice to play with a real person. When not available, stuff like this is great to get the feel part down:

Re: I found a great backing track guitar lesson

That guy does some cool lessons... I like his stuff.

There's another guy that does lessons with him (not sure how they are affiliated) called "Papastache102". Great lessons and he keeps it fun. This one is some Maiden, but he does lots of styles and songs:

I use youtube a lot for song tutorials, solo ideas, general scale/theory stuff, and backing tracks. Like in the guitar challenges when the backing track is in a mode or key I'm not familiar with... it helps to get me familiar with it and speeds up the learning process. Man, I wish I had access to this much knowledge back when I was a teenager and started trying to learn to play guitar!! Kids today don't even know... Wait, that makes me sound old.
