Legacy Stuff

Hey guys, you asked for some clips. I've been testing my camera and recording stuff, I haven't gotten it down yet but I figured I'd show you my "tests" of my recording so I can show you perfect clips of the legacy.

The soundclick song is obviously called Legacy Test, the rest of the things are mostly earlier tests of when I was a noob and tried to be cool with Audicy and like my counter strike mic haha

Edit: As I said in my next post, the high quality soundclick clip somehow got all weirded out since I posted it weeks ago, so go on the low quailty clip. (lighter colored play button)

Re: Legacy Stuff

Here it sounded too muffled ,I mean no treble or high mids.
But there's no doubt it's a great tone.

Yeah those are my recording issues I'm trying to fix lol

Wtf, just checked my soundclick clip and it has been all discombobulated since I posted it, but only on "high quality"

Re: Legacy Stuff

That sounds pretty wicked man. I've been thinking about getting a Legacy combo once i get the money, would you recomend it? Vai's tone is really great imo.

Re: Legacy Stuff

Ya I definitely recommend it, however it is a loud amp so make sure you can tame it, right now I cut some volume with my Boss Gt-pro, and for my blues sound I use the blues OD on the gt-pro. I am probably going to buy myself a Weber attenuator though to cut the volume.
It has great tone out of the box and the vai tone really pops on this thing (of course)

Re: Legacy Stuff

Thanks, I have been thinking in lydian for the past few weeks so that probably helps. I didn't play as good as I could in the clips but hopefully it doesn't make you guys think less of me hahaha (joke)

Re: Legacy Stuff

Posted some more crap with the webcam mic, I just like posting slopping playing too much to work out a good recording lol
