hanban...my friend...I still hate you. The only way my hate would be more complete is if you were to rip into a Paganini violin concerto......or rap. You start rapping and I actually will hate you.

As always, you totally and completely rock. Please continue to give me more reasons to hate you.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I gotta tell you, country stuff is fun to play , makes you feel like a cowboy .

appreciate you took the time to download this thing and have a listen

artist, i never officialy learned country, but playing it is very similar to blues, you just have to get used to the technique of keeping notes bent while playing other notes. after a few chunks of finger skin along the way you should get used to it

micro: regarding your question, im a student.

cheers
David

and you played this with a jem? Did you block the trem, as the notes seem to maintain their pitch perfectly when you hold your notes bent. (or stabilizer system?)

nopes, the trem isn't blocked.

i suppose i could have recorded with with a strat, but i wanted to do it with a jem for the kicks

although I wouldnt recommend playing country with a floyd rose , its impossible to get perfect pitch when doing bends. its not very noticeable but it tends to be a little off

i have a friend with a nashville tele, when i have the time ill take that guitar and do the solo with it, see how it works out :P

take care

Oh My God, thats just too much! You are too good!

I dont know whether to resent you for playing that good, or appreciate you for playing that good.

Well done yet again David, oh and thanks for that backing track the other day!
