Metallica - St Anger Tour 2003

Hi guys !

Does anyone have seen them for this tour ?
What about their setlist ?

I'll go to Paris on december 9th to see them, so, I wish that it will be cool !

They play their best songs (so their oldest songs... ) during the summer sanitarium 2003 tour, so I wish that it will be the same for the "St anger" tour (and not all the songs of the same titled album)!

Anyone ?

As lousy as most of the new music is, I am sure they are still worth seeing live, especially for the old stuff. Although I think I might get into a fight if I talked too much to one of the new idiots that claims old Metallica sucks and the Load or later material is why they are a fan. (j/k) Sadly, these poor confused people actually exist, I have met a few.....

Check out some concert reviews on metallica.com They're breaking out the older stuff, like "Hit The Lights", "Battery", "The Thing That Should Not Be", "Damage, Inc.", etc. Not sure of details, but I've heard good all around.

Yup. When MTV had the massively hyped concert special to introduce the St. Anger album on the air, they played a lot of the old songs. They still play the hell out of them, I was glad to hear it. The lack of quality of the new material really contrasts with the classics though...........
