PG Videos

I am in serious need of getting my left hand/right hand coordination in check. I have considered getting Paul Gilberts instructional video, for that reason only. I'm not particularly interested in the "shred" style of guitar playing, but figured that would be the place to go to find what I'm looking for.
So, is that the way to go, or are there "better" options?
Thanks.......

Metranome (sp?)

Start slow. Play different scales up and down the neck clearly and accurately, then gradually increase the tempo. After, let's say, 2 weeks or so, you should be able to notice some improvement.

MetrOnome.......

Well, I figured that, but was kinda looking for someone's specific (and tried and tested) way of doing it.

LOL!! I knew I had it right the first time.

Well, I am waiting on a couple PG instructional videos to arrive in the mail. I have picked up a couple of his clinic videos and they are great!
