Satriani's "Turkey Man" - Need help transcribing

Has anyone heard Satch's "Turkey Man" off of the Additional Creations bonus CD (that comes with EOC)
I myself don't have the disc but I did find the songs off Napster a while back (when it worked!).

Anyway, I need help figuring out the chord part that comes in right after the drum fill, but before the lead guitar comes in (though the chord part stays the same regardless).

I have figured out that the key of the song is A Lydian (####, relative major - E major) so the chord must be some type of A maj 7 something... I tried to figure out the chords, but I have a real hard time with multiple notes (especially when processed through wah and distortion!) And is there a synth in addition to the two guitar tracks? I'm hearing something extra...

I'd appreciate any help, or if one exists, a link to a tab.
If no one's heard this, I can send you the song on AIM (sixstringphoenix).

Oh, and if anyone's attempted to figure out "Giant Balls of Gold" (AIAUW, of course), I need help with the following parts:
~2:03 - ~2:22 (wah part, then tapping)
~2:32 - ~3:16 (the end of the solo and the weird harmony part after - if anyone can figure out what the synth is doing in addition I'd appreciate it)
I have the rest tabbed if you want it.

I just listened to it. The part you're talking about is at 0:38 right? It only seemed like 1 chord to me. I was debating between which 2 voicings of the A major 7th it was.

------4----------------- * * * * * * *----4-------------------
------5----------------- * * * * * * *----2-------------------
------6----------------- * * * * * * *----2-------------------
-7---7----------------- * * * * * * * ----2------------------
------------------------ * * * * * * * 0----------------------

I'm pretty sure it's one of those voicings. There is a synth in it too. The synth is playing an Amaj7 also and I think it's voiced like this.

-------------------
-------------------
-------------------
--------6---------
--------4---------
--------5---------

It sounds better to me if you put the 2 parts together using 2 hand tapping. i.e.
* * * * * * *
------------t9----9----9----9----9---9-----9--------
--------------------------------------------------------
------------t9----9----9----9----9---9-----9--------
----6---------------------------------------------------
----4---------------------------------------------------
----5---------------------------------------------------

Hold the chord in your left hand though the taps. I know this is more info than you wanted, but I hope this helps a bit. Both of those voicings above both sound right to me ,so choose whichever you want. Hope I helped
