See You On The Other Side..

what's up. i know around here everyone kinda has mixed feelings for korn, but i'd like to give you guys a little review on their new cd, SYOTOS, and maybe get some talk about it. Since taking different ways with head munky has really stepped his game and writing up. yea, hes no vai, but there is so much more creativity. this album takes korns sound in a whole new direction, though maintaining some older elements. there is an industrial and techno influence, but still some of korns raw sound, and everything sounds so bad ass. their tone isnt as messy anymore. munkys tone sounds awesome, its so tight.the drumming is awesome too..some songs that stand out to me and definitly polotics, liar, hypocrites, coming undone, tearjerker, and throw me away. well theres my 50 cents. i highly reccomend all you people who like korn a lot , or even a little, heck everyone go buy the damn cd. and if you do, try to get the 2 cd deluxe version. the second disc has 3 unrealeased studio tracks, 2 remixes of twisted transisor and 2 live videos, twisted transistor and hypocrites from moscow. pretty sweet. anyway, this definitly is a new sound for korn and definitly one of my favorite cd's to come out in a long long time.

akorns are those little nuts that grow into oak trees and make great meals for squirrels.

Re: See You On The Other Side..

Awful.

Awful awful awful times a million.

I like one single song off the CD, and that's only half of the song.

I'm giving Korn one last chance on their next CD since it'll be Munky exclusive, but if it turns out anywhere near like this CD, I'm done with Korn forever.

I don't have mixed feelings about korn. I think they suck and they have always sucked.

Re: See You On The Other Side..

Isn't it a bit harsh by saying that you hate an artist/band?

I'm just uninterested with Korn's music.
