Tender Surrender with band

Hey guys. This is a quick video of our run through of tender surrender. This will be the song we use for when our singers need a break.

Feel free to drop us a like on Facebook if you don't mind!

I've always hated that note at 1:37. You play it exactly right, it's not your performance, it's just something about it always set my teeth on edge.

Killer rendition, though - even better than the high standard I'd have expected from you.

Wow... Killer job dude! Don't sweat the faces... Vai says they help bring the emotion out when playing. Besides, all the great "emotion" players do it. Clapton, Satch, Santana, etc...

Tremendous Kyle, nice one man! Let's give those singers a break more often eh?! And with playing like that you can make any face you like. I was more freaked out by the phantom hand 'tweaking' in the bottom right hand corner. Your vids always make me feel like practicing and selling my guitars at the same time. Ha!

Thanks. It went to my crybaby 95q spring wah, to jemini distortion (which I kicked in until the end of the solo at the beginning of the solo) and to the front of the Amp. The delay was in the FX loop and its a DD3. Very simple.

Usually I have a chorus in the loop and my whammy before the wah but it's too much to bring to one practice.

Re: Tender Surrender with band

sounds like a great rig! Similar to what I've been using - I have a Legacy amp as well and they are great amps...with wah and distortion in front and delay in loop (been using carbon copy lately)... I always like to hear what other people are using =)
