Trill Technique

This is just me asking for some little points when doing trills. I can do them okay at quite a speed but I always have to put quite a bit of effort into it and my hand gets quite tired. When I relax, I don't seem to get the two notes sounding out very clearly. I'm a big Maiden fan and most of the solos are quite trill intensive and playing through them with my hand aching isn't much fun.

So let me give an example. If someone who's perfectly comfortable with trills could describe their exact technique for playing the line....

... then it would be a huge help to me.

well the only thing is practice it more. do it more. the more u do it the more ur fingers will be used to doing it.
i read a vai lesson somewhere where he says that u should do each finger for one minute at a constant rhythm and speed. after doing each finer then alternate fingers. like: index with pinky, index with ring. and then ring with pinky.
do it more and more. to tell u the truth i get tired with that easily. thats why at the end of my workout i do a lot of trilling.

Cheers
