Absolutely crazy!! Technically, you're paying 43k for a set of knobs and a pickup selector tip!

Madness at its finest!!!

Saw this the other day. Had a good chuckle at it. Wonder how much all those stones on the knobs actually cost.....

Re: A $45,000 JEMFP!!!

I put in an offer at $42,500. I'm really hoping he decides to let it go for that. I've been looking for a FP forever and that string tree just does it for me.

thats the most stupid thing I have ever seen...

In all honesty, they are not expecting to sell that guitar. Its a way of advertising their business pure and simple....

I saw this and didn't look at the auction because I assumed it was a typo. I didn't realize this guy was serious!

Re: A $45,000 JEMFP!!!

To be fair, he's not trying to pass it off as some crazy deal, or a rare Steve Vai guitar.

He's saying exactly what it is. "...most opulent custom guitars in the world" is a quote right from the page.

Sure, there is no way the jewels add up to $42000 some but somebody had to make it and if somebody wants something like that where else are they going to get it?

He's crazy for sure, but good on him.

Re: A $45,000 JEMFP!!!

The alligator skin tele is almost so cool...except for being encrusted in jewels...makes it so damn tacky...

It would look awesome once it was worn in.
