Re: **Warning** Do Nont Buy This Jem 90TH
I didnt dispute it with ebay, I did it with paypal.. The dude posted it and took it down after a day, so I sent him a message and told him I would give him$1500 for it, he agreed and we settled at $1560 shipped.. I know was too good to be true, but I didnt think that a rare Jem like that would be in that kind of condition.. I actually called you Rich about 3 weeks ago asking about a setup and some repairs, this was before we tried to put the strings back on. Paypal went back and looked at the orinigal listing since I bought the guitar as described in the original listing and it was all said and done in a little over a week, but I still had to eat the shipping... I cannot stress enough how bad this guitar is, the guy was acting like my new best friend talking to me over the phone until I got the guitar, and once the screws pulled out of the back I called him and told him about getting my money back, he called me a hick, and yea I do sound like redneck, but was not nice... but I told the dude, I would get my money back... he knew the guitar was a lemon and was trying to screw me with it. was the first guitar I have bought in years, I am very busy and unfortunately it was a raw deal, also guitar does not have stock pickups, has a tone zone in the bridge and a duncan 59 in the neck, he never mentioned that either, or that it doesnt have a hardcase..
