Professional swirlers?

Hey, Folks.

Just curious who's still out there? I'm thinking of having someone swirl my RG560. I know there was Herce Fede and out of this swirled. Perleguitars is the only one in the states I know of that still does them.

I want a really vibrant eye popping swirl like Herce Fede used to do. Nate's are good but they're not bright enough.

Thanks for your help.

To the best of my knowledge Herc doesn't swirl anymore, he's just finishing off the last few mine is one of those. I hope he returns and just takes on very limited orders but I understand why he's had enough.

Herc has been saying that for years and he still swirls quite a lot of guitars.

I do believe he's got health problems, but if it's really serious, then he wouldn't be swirling anymore.

Herc said that was a rumor.
He also said he wont do custom orders . he does some for the bay some for luguna and some for e.t.
He is a great guy and he is backed up for years he said.
I tried to buy his info from him and he said it goes to his son , so even if he stops his son will pick up where he left off.

That's great news. Swirling is deft. a great art that should never go away.

Just got an email back from Ernie today and he quoted 299$AU for a PAW swirl. I'm going to get my RG560 body done.

That's not a rumor. He e-mailed it to many people, including me. Also, at his old site there were posts about this.

It doesn't matter to me, i just hope he IS in good health. Love his work btw. His PMC's are the best out there imo.

Re: Professional swirlers?

I really like swirls like Fedes but I'm still trying to decide if I should stay with a solid color or a swirl.

Re: Professional swirlers?

I think Al from OOTS is stepping out, the last I heard. I think he may have been my favorite. Don't give up hope on Darren from ATD, though
