advice on a clean volume boost for solos/ lead work

is there is pedal out there i can run in the fx loop or in front of my amp that will give me a clean total transperant volume boost ? the amp is a mesa mark 3 , and it has the eq and switch but the switch doesn't work or isn't engauging . So any advice would be much apperciated .

there are quite a few pedals nowadays offering clean boosts in their designs.

I was gonna say, get a Micro Amp. Anyway, good choice.
