anyone used monkey dream pedal boards ??

So im in the market for a pedal board, and I came across this cool website www.monkeydream.com

They have some cool looking boards, and I was wondering if anyone has ever used them or has anything to say about them since they are made in the USA.
Im after this particular model http://www.monkeydream.com/iLAM.html
Really reasonably priced, so thats whats swaying me..

Also some of their models come in a very strong looking soft bag and others come with a metal flight case type thing..

Which do you think is a better option soft case or Hard flight case..

Problem is the model I want comes in a soft case etc.. hence my dilemma :P

whats your thoughts on these boards

I dunno, I wouldn't want the glare of the LEDs making it too hard for concertgoers to see what sweet pedals I'm using.

Hehe.

They look pretty good and the lights to see the pedals could be priceless

But, I still don't get it how you stick the pedals over it... Just with velcro tape? I mean, you could need to remove the velcro every time you want to change pedals positions... that could be a mess with that clear plate.

Re: anyone used monkey dream pedal boards ??

Yeah thats true, but im pretty happy with the pedals Iv recently bought, so I'm just going to set it up once leaving as much room as possible for any future pedals, that I have in mind, and I shouldn't have to change it.

Im also in the market for White sticky Velcro.... which I know can be found, its just a matter of finding it :P

Re: anyone used monkey dream pedal boards ??

I bought one from them and regret it. The board itself is fine but I also bought the power supply from them and had them do the mounting (figuring they are the professionals right?). Well their dumb design has the power supply sitting between the LED's and the front face of the board casting a huge shadow over the face of the board where I had monogrammed my band name. I immediately called to address the issue but they weren't willing to make it right. Great idea but faulty design and shady business dealings w/ Dream Monkey. I wish I could upload a picture here to show how different the end product is from their pictures.
