Boss DD-3 Output problem

So I was just playing the other day, using my DD-3 delay pedal as always and all of a sudden there was no sound. After checking all the cables and pedals, I've concluded that the problem is the output jack of the DD-3. The direct out still works, but the regular output does not...has anyone else had this problem?? If so, what can I do to fix it? Open it up and check stuff out? Take it to someone? I'm not really sure...it's my fav pedal too, so I hope to have some sort of solution soon.

Thanks, guys!

Re: Boss DD-3 Output problem

I reckon that you've got a broken wire in there, open the pedal up, but be careful when doing so beacuse delays have more components in them than other pedals so be very careful, check the jack for loose and broken wires if all wires are connected at the jack then follow the wires back to the pcb and see if their connected there, if you've got a broken wire re-solder it and you should be good 2 go.

Re: Boss DD-3 Output problem

Well, after opening it up, I decided I didn't know at all what I was doing...so I contacted the support on the Boss website - there are no service centers around me, so I'm going to have to send it in. Has anyone dealt with Boss in regards to sending stuff in to be repaired? How are they?

Thanks!
